Customer Service Representative or Senior Customer Representative Position East West Bank is a premier bank focused on serving consumers and businesses throughout the United States and Greater China markets. As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market. As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include: • Assisting customers at the Branch or over the phone with their financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. • Offering solutions to help meet their financial goals. • Providing access and information to customers about the many products and services East West Bank offers. • Referring customers to Relationship Managers for other products and services. To be considered, we are seeking the following: • For customer service representative position; entry level with 1 – 2 years of sales, retail or service experience and the desire to learn the Banking industry. • For Senior Customer Representative Position; experienced associates with 2 – 4 years or more of Customer Service, Teller or Sales experience within the Banking and/or Financial Services Industry. • Desire to help others. • Good listening and problem solving skills. • Strong attention to detail, accounting, and computer skills. • Professional and courteous communication skills. • Previous cash handling is a plus. • Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) • Integrity and accountability. • Active or expired financial licenses preferred (Life, Series 66 or Series 7) • Passion to grow your financial knowledge East West Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
