We are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to help customers with product selection, answer questions, and solve problems.
Responsibilities
Basic data entry
Answering phones, managing large amounts of incoming calls
Calling customers, Maintaining customer accounts
Coordinating communication between customers and internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
May also perform other administrative duties such as invoicing, processing credit card orders, obtaining proof of delivery, and checking inventory
Requirements
Comfortable with high-volume incoming calls
Good phone contact handling skills and active listening
Nice and positive attitude, good patient
Previous customer support experiences desired, but not required
