POSITION: OSIM Repair Technician
LOCATION: Bay Area
STATUS: Permanent, Full-time
SALARY: $20/hour
START DATE: As soon as possible
OSIM is a global leader in well-being and massage equipment industry, product ranging from small handheld massagers to full body massage chairs. Founded in 1980, we provide uncompromising product quality and excellence customer retail experience to all our user.
What is the role?
We are currently looking for a Full Time Technician to assist in product servicing/ repairing. Working location including in OSIM warehouse, OSIM retail stores or OSIM massage chair customer's homes for in-house services. (Travel expenses are covered by OSiM)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain and repair OSIM massage chairs and massage products (Training provided)
- Travel to OSIM retail stores in Bay Area to maintain and fix store demo products
- Travel to OSIM customer's location in Bay Area for in-house service to fix massage chairs
- Provide excellent customer service with strong verbal communication
- Correlate with customers for troubleshooting issues with communication skills in English
- Detail oriented to organize and maintain our inventory for livestock and repairing parts
- Request and arrange the transfer of repair parts within different locations
- Provide detailed service reports regularly as per instructed
- Work accordingly with customer service team to accommodate and fulfill service request
QUALIFICATIONS
- To be considered for the position, you must:
- Be able to travel around Bay Area and work as per service and repairing schedule
- Be physically able to carry out all necessary duties. Must be physically able to Lift, push, pull, carry up to 60 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be responsive, dependable and conscientious
- Have access to a reliable vehicle and with a valid driver license.
- Be able to use office applications such as Outlook, Google Sheet/Excel.
- Have basic knowledge of Mechanics and Electronics with basic repairing experience/background
- Verbal communication in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, driven and excellent work ethic (Work as a team, Grow as a team)
